Durgadevi Saraf Junior College is located on S.V. Road in Malad (West). The college premises is next to the Sarvodaya Balika Vidyalaya. It offers all modern amenities needed for an all round development of the student’s personality such as Library, Computer lab, Gymkhana, Student’s Common Room and a ground for sports activities, State-of-the Art Auditorium & a hi-tech audio visual learning centre. Prospective students and visitors can easily commute to the college from Malad and Goregaon Railway station
GOALS
The aim of the college is to provide total education to girl students. Hence, in addition to the regular academic schedule as prescribed by the HSC Board Maharashtra, emphasis is also laid on an all-round development of students’ personality which can prepare them to face the complex social, economic & cultural environment & meet future challenges. Being a girls’ college the aim is to provide quality education to girl students with an objective of making them understand the importance of value- based education and respect for Indian traditions & culture. |
